Not necessarily. Once you have finished your first purchase, you will be given the possibility to register. When registering, the client will have to provide the identification data as well as billing and shipping addresses. It is advisable to be especially careful with these data as they can facilitate deliveries and avoid problems with the transport company.

All orders are sent through the transport company. The peninsular national standard shipping is free. The delivery time of the order will depend on the type of shipment chosen by the Customer and the country of destination.

The product will be sent to the address you provide.

Keep in mind that it is not possible to use a post office box as delivery address or indicate a specific date or time for it to take place, which can be at your home, at work or in any other place you indicate.

We will not be responsible for any expense generated in case the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.

If during the reception of the purchase a break is observed on the outside of the packaging, it must be immediately communicated to the delivery person at the time of delivery, taking note of the distribution sheet. If the breakage or damage is observed after receiving the package, you must contact us via e-mail: info@piularch.com in the course of the following 24 hours upon receipt of the package to make the corresponding claim to the company of transport. After this period, no claim will be accepted for breakage or damage in the shipment.

Normally it is not necessary to configure the browser to make a purchase. However, if you ever notice that the items you have chosen do not appear in your shopping cart, you must set the appropriate security level. The configuration options for the privacy level will be accessible in the browser menu that you are using.

The order could be cancelled if the customer carry out the cancellation  before the order has been sent to the transport enterprise. Once the package is about to be sent by the transport enterprise it would not be any possibility of cancellation.

The cancellation could generate some additional charges in terms of commissions:

      – If the cancellation is made the same day as the purchase has been made, there will not be       any additional charge.

     – From the day after the purchase has been made onwards the cancellation will generate     1,5% of commission which is required from the bank entity and this amount would be discounted from the total refund.

*Clients will spare a limited period of fourteen days since the reception of the product to make any claim or return. Within that time limit our company will refund the order entirely. Any additional shipping costs will be the customer’s responsability. In any case, if the return is claimed after the product has already been sent, the customer will also be in charge of the shipping costs.

The customer shall notice the desire of returning the order to the seller within the time limit through any of the channels permitted by law, so that it allows the rupture of the contract. The order which has been returned must be sent with the receipt of the purchase; the customer will be responsible of any additional cost of transporting.

The Client is able to return the order as long as the products had not been used or unfolded from their original packing. If this is the case, the seller will refund the entire payment via credit card or through a transfer to the customer’s bank account.

In case that, by mistake, the product that has been sent it is not the one the customer had ordered our Company will be responsible for the shipping costs and the right order will be sent immediately.

*Queen, Crown, Empire and Dynasty models will only spare five days as time limit for its return since the reception of the product.
